    Ordering from Country Style Living is easy, add your chosen item to the shopping cart, and go to checkout.  All on-line payments are made through Paypal, which is a simple and secure payment process, accepting all major credit and debit cards.

    Once payment is received, we aim to despatch your purchase within 2-3 working days, although please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

    If a delay is expected, for any reason, we will inform you by email.

    We use recycled packaging where possible, which helps keep postage costs down.

    If I order more than one item, will the delivery charge be cheaper? top

     

    We will always try to combine postage costs, if ordering more than one item, but this is not always possible. Please email with details, and we will contact you with a revised cost.

    Can I place an order if I live outside the UK? top

     

    Yes, we welcome International buyers, and we are happy to ship overseas, but please contact us for a shipping quote, before placing an order.

    All postage costs quoted on the website, are for UK delivery only.

    Can I return an item if I am not completely satisfied? top

     

    All our products are described honestly and accurately, as far as possible, in the item description, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, you may return it to us, for a full refund, minus the return postage costs. We will accept returns within 14 days, after initial delivery.

    All items offered for sale on Country Style Living, have been preowned, and therefore in some cases will show signs of wear and tear and use. Any damage will be shown, or described in the product description and information as much as possible.

    Yes, if there is a particular country style, vintage or shabby chic item, you would like to obtain, then please email us the details at info@countrystyleliving.co.uk  and we will try our best to find it for you on our travels.
